Mediation services
Disclaimer: Taking into account the requirement for neutrality and impartiality of the mediator, we provide mediation services if none of the parties to the mediated dispute at hand have used our legal services.
For clients to whom we have provided advice or service in our capacity as attorneys, we offer:
• legal assistance, support, and representation when the client participates as a party in mediation proceedings (mediation advocacy);
• mediation of internal disputes between team members or employees of the client where the client itself is not a party.
