As part of its 20th anniversary celebrations, the Professional Association of Mediators in Bulgaria (PAMB) launched its Alumni Club – an initiative designed to create a space where mediators who have completed the Association's training programmes over the years can stay connected and continue to exchange experience.
The inaugural meeting brought together PAMB's founding members, trainers, and mediators who have completed the Association's training programmes over the past twenty years. The event marked the beginning of a new tradition aimed at strengthening the professional community and fostering closer ties between different generations of mediators.
Among the participants was Lyubka Vasileva, a founding member of PAMB and a long-standing trainer within the Association. Over the past two decades, she has played an active role in the development of the Association, the training of mediators, and the advancement of mediation as both a professional practice and a means of promoting constructive dialogue.
