Mediation in disputes within the team
It is normal for disagreements to arise between team members in the teamwork process, and often this leads to creative ideas. However, when the discussion goes beyond the boundaries of constructive dialogue, causes tension, and hinders collaborative work, it becomes a problem that needs to be solved.
Mediation is an especially suitable tool for resolving such disputes and harmonizing teamwork, as it provides an opportunity for all involved in the conflict to express their point of view in a calm and controlled environment, to work out the accumulated negative emotions and tensions, and to jointly seek a solution that reflects the interests of all participants in the dispute.
Even when such a solution has not been found, mediation leads to improved communication and the preservation of relationships within the team, thus contributing to the successful continuation of joint work.
